to set a default attack . . .

1) put what you want as a default on your toolbar

2) while pressing the CTRL key, left click your mouse with the cursor over the attack you put on your toolbar

3) a small check should appear in the corner of that attack.

when combat is initated, you will auto matically fo the checked attack provided you're not doing anything else.

Unfortunately i wouldn't have heard of anything like that yet.
