where do the new eisley missions start want to get new badges cause i kinda gotta get as amny possible kind a hobbie i guess.

stand at the entrance of the starport and type /tar Mayor. Speak to him to start the quests.. be warned, people are saying the last two badges are bugged. I've got the first two, but I'm waiting for a definitive consensus on the last two

This is very interesting...what do you need to do when speaking to him?
All he does is give me a history lesson or go on about skills etc.
I'm missing the point I'm sure but just not sure what I'm supposed to do

The Mayor sends you to different people to talk you through your skills. You will need some of the novice boxes to complete some of the tutorials. A story unfolds as you progress through these tutorial type quests.
