I was playing yesterday and attacked an NPC and got message, Can't see target.

There was a little bump of a hill in the way. I started moving to clear the LOS and my

target started shooting at me.

Does anyone know, if,when issueing an attack command on NPC or MOBs that they recieve

your attack command and start attacking immediately even if you have not taken a shot.

That's what it looks like to me. Anyone else seen this?
