No, it used to be a reward from the Rebel Themepark, now it's gone unless someone wants to sell one at /huge prices.

They are pretty rare now, but they were a reward from the Rebel Theme Park missions long ago.

I had one, and put it on a vendor for 7 million a couple months ago.

It sold about an hour after I posted the info about my items in my galaxies trade forum.

I probably sold it for too little

Not only was this a quest item for doing the rebel thempark, it was also available to

non-Alliance personell, by doing the quests given to you by Kittster in Mos Espa. It

was a very easy quest, and is still live, but instead of receiving the ROTJ helmet, you

get the normal swoop helm.

This item is no longer available from NPC's, so the only way is Player to Player trade.

Ive never seen a Twi'lek with one on.
