Thread: Question about ship present paintings we were supposed to get.

I came back a couple weeks ago after taking several months off and read that we were supposed to have gotten some special paintings for accounts over 30 days old. Well, one of my acounts has been here since launch, the other since Jan., 04. Neiter of these accounts got a painting....was there a special way to claim it or did I just get passed over on BOTH accounts? Should I do a ticket on it?

i think the command was:
/claimVeteranReward
but i could be wrong

Exact same thing with me, and I run a museum so would be nice to get a couple paintings for free instead of paying others gross sums of credits...

Was your accounts paid for within the aniversary time period, or were they inactive. If they were inactive that is why you didn't get them, if they were paid and you weren't playing, I would send a ticket in.

Nope closed, I was gone gone gone so why pay if I can't play?
People with closed accounts got holos for xmas, where's my paintings?

Both were still active and paid so I would think I should get it. I'll try the claim command.

i know for a fact that everyone, in order to claim their paitning, had to use a command to do so, that way, if your inventory was full, you could still get your reward after destroying or dropping an item.

I know for a fact that it was in my inventory when I logged in.

wow, wonder why mine didn't do that 
i had plenty of inventory space. oh well, either way, i got it, and have since bought all 8 of the other ones, so i now have a complete set.

Ah never mind I just found the answer...man what a load of .... You would think a loyal customer who kept his accounts open and paid up even through several "Vacation" periods where they got bored with "lack of content" would be treated better. Man that bites, art is one of my favorite hobbies in the game. Oh well

Unfortunately, if these paintings were not received, this event is over and customer service cannot grant more paintings. If your character has not been logged in from the period of June 30 to July 30 or later, you will not receive an anniversary painting.

Ouch, I would offer my spare from tarq, however I haven't renewed that account yet, waiting for the game card to arrive. Not sure which it was, I just checked to make sure I got one.
