It will go live when its ready. the 24th was just an estimate by the devs.

Can't be. What stage are they on in it? 3? There is 4 stages. So they should'nt be here by Tuesday. And I am a Test Center player (when I play). And most of the peeps there are still working on testing it. So you should'nt expect it. But, I may be wrong.
