I have this briefcase of evidence that I have to take to CorSec HQ but I have no waypoint. Doe anyone know where it is?

I think you are doing the quests for Borvo the Hutt to get the Krayt Skull? If so, take that briefcase back to Borvo and drag/drop onto him.
