will the character retain all FS exp and stuff they earned just lose the badges and such... or will all FS exp be gone as well

The only things that get transfered is your character name, race and professions.
NOTHING ELSE.
No extra XP's that are not already spent, no badges, no items/possesions and NO credits.
If you really want a character on another server, just re-roll and grind again.
Unless your a jedi of course, then stay put.

Total waste of time and money, I dont even know why they offer it.
