Questions are as follows:
1. This is what needs to craft the jetpack
- Jetpack Base
- Injector Tank
- Fuel Dispersion Unit
- Ducted Fan
- Jetpack Stabilizer
correct?
2. Does the Jetpack base or stablizer drop off the overlord? I can't remember off the top of my head.
3. Because I think the answer to question number 2 is the jetpack base, where do I loot the jetpack stabilzer?
4. When in the forge room, do I need any resources, like steel, to craft the jetpack? other then the components of course.
Any help is apprciated. TIA

jetpack base is a random drop off a black sun. the stabilizer is what you get off the overloard.

You also need an Alum Minerals to craft the jetpack. This is from the foreman's quest. No, you don't need any other resources.

Overlord drops a stabelizer every time killed 100% drop rate 
, Base is just a loot from all the guys walking around there but drop rate is nerfed a lot
you also need to bring with you a DE who got a the following parts
-BH Helmet
-Alum Mineral
-Liquid Protective Coating
-Binary Liquid
those last 2 drop from the high end DW guys and are rare drops and drop in a raid less then 1%
this are also the parts to make a compleet helmet... you can only unlock the door to the room with a DE with these parts.

To craft jetpacks all you need to get into the room is a DE to use Alum minerals and a BH part, you dont need the binary liq or PLC to get in.

When I went in to craft my jetpack, I had a helm and alum minerals on the DE, no BL/PC.

The only pieces that you actually need are
- Jetpack Base
- Injector Tank
- Fuel Dispersion Unit
- Ducted Fan
- Jetpack Stabilizer
- Injector Tank
- Fuel Dispersion Unit
- Ducted Fan
- Jetpack Stabilizer
-Alum Minerals
-BH Bracer(or any other piece that's crafted by the AS I think)
And a Master DE/Master Artisan to get into the room.
No resources or anything it's an automatic crafting process you just drop the pieces on the droid.
