is there still the 125 cap on melee /range def ect...?

As far as I know yes there is, nothing has ever been published stating it has been removed and im sure the general community would have been alerted to the fact by now if it had been removed coz some people are veryattentive when it comes to noticing these things.

Yes, the cap is still +125, no matter what your skill mod window may say.
