Thread: Nym's Theme Park is bugged and I can't even put a ticket into CSR. *spoilers*

I go to Nym's to do the missions.


Kole tells me to talk to Jenkins. I do. I do Jenkins mission. He says go talk to Kole. I do. Kole says you did a great job retriving the mining gasses. I never did a mission for mining gases. I ask Kole what to do next, he says talk to Nym. Nym says that he won't talk to me until I prove myself worthy to Jenkins and Kole.


Ok, obvious bug now. I attempt to submit a ticket. I just want this quest reset or something. Make it work!


The ticket submission interface says that I must search the knowledge base first. I'm typing this as the search (apparently) is still running. There is no feedback that the search is running, but I can't click some of the other buttons. Oh, this is more than 75 minutes since I first clicked the search.


This is a huge drag and I was having a great deal of fun. Can anyone tell me how to reset a theme park, or if anyone in CSR actually looks at the message boards please throw me a friggin bone.


I know that I won't be re-upping my subscription when my 10 days is through if this can't be resolved in a reasonable manner. I mean why bother paying if you can't play the game?

Ive had this lockup before. I beleive that (like most bugs in the game) you can fix it be relogging

I never had any problem with Nyms park, guess i was just lucky.

They have recently tried to fix this mission, which would probably explain why it isnt working anymore.

You like me have a borked Holocron that will continuously search for an answer 9 times out of 10; preventing you from submitting a ticket.

Submitting a ticket will result in little more than a responce 3 dyas later saying please submit a bug report because I am too lazy to do so.

Do I sound sarcastic enough?

CrowlordF12 - I tried relogging, but no luck.


After relogging I was able to submit a support ticket. There was another in Nym's fortress with the SAME problem and said he has had a tciket in for 3 days. Is this normal for support tickets to sit completely unanswered for 3 days?


There's no other words for this level of inepititude that to say that it is ridiculous. However, when you wear a hat made of money, taking care of customers has no bearing on success.


That's too bad. I was very excited to hear about the jedi revamp and the JTL expansion looks fantastic, but I don't want my playtime to be filled with frustrations involving poor support.


I'm really bummed, because, as I said above, I was really having a blast.

Now this is my version of eating crow.


Just moments ago a CSR representative contacted me in game and helped me get through this obstacle.


I'm incredibly suprised and appreciative.

Ive had this bug also. You have to make a ticket for a CSR to read. Its the only way to fix it. If you have already tried this just delete the old one and make another one explaining the problem in more detail.
