or are the csr's that respond to them stupid and/or to lazy to read them?

I put in a ticket specifically asking why is it when I kill any variety of rancor I dont get xp or combat points? I told them that I am only having this problem with rancors and nothing else that I can find. I also told them that I convert all my xp to fs points almost daily so that Im not just capping them out.

I was very specific about it being "just rancors" and couldnt have been more clear.....or so I thought.

The responce that I got back was something like "we have checked your combat logs and see that you gain xp and combat points at a high rate and see no reason to do anything for you"...........????????????????

That didnt answer my question at all.......Im not looking to get the xp back, I just want to get some after I spends all sorts of time killing a rancor liar..........is this to hard to comprehend?

Dont laugh. but you often get either generic responses to certain keywords or "Babble-Babble cant help you"

I had the thought too, if those responses are compiter generated, seeking keywords...

Anyway, In NOT happy with the way, most CSR´s handle problems. the 2-3 good, quick help giving ones i had in the last year, i tip hat to.

I opened a ticket a couple days ago about not seeing vuln times on bases. My problem was solved in about 48 hours and the csr language sounded very human.

My guess is that if the computer script set to read and reply can't find a key word to kick out a response or finds too many conflicting ones then it goes to a human. This would be the -only- explaination for the jedi asking about visibility on terminals getting an "update your video card drivers" response.

SWG is a lot like the Nicotrol System.

With each patch, you're that much closer to quitting.
