anyone know where lady hutt is located i been looking but no success so far

There's another Hutt in the Cantina on Naboo... Moenia I think? It's where you begin the quest for the Krayt Skull...

Shalera the Hutt is located on Corellia, in the back room of the cantina in Tyrena (or Coronet, been a long time since I did those missions).

and to be techincal there are no "lady hutts"... all hutts are genderless, they just often adopts masculin or feminine traits, although not.. parts. IIRC any two hutts can do the bad thing, and both then do the childbirth thing.
