i've seen this in one or too houses but never been able to find out how to get it any one know and could poiont me in the right direction

Go to the Trade Outpost on Dathomir. There you will find someone who needs some work done. One of the missions is to retrieve this item from a NS. You should be able to take it from here.

ok mate i need alittle bit more info is he a business man or a noble or is he the itrhoian in the cantina? or the escaped night sister slave?

Singular Nakat the North (trade) Outpost on dathomir.
You can get as many as you want, when doing the mission that gives you the Lightsaber. Don't complete it, instead, put in a backpack, tell him you don't want the mission anymore, then take it again.

He is right next to the bazaar term.by one of the starport pillars when you are leaving the Trade Outpost.
