While you are absolutely right that SOE has every legal right to *edit* us over any way they want, I think KrackBooger has a point. (Once I get past lol over the name). It isfrustrating to spend time developing characters, inventories, and play styles under one set of rules only to have that time turned into waste by changes you didn't have adequate warning were coming. I have learned to watch the test center posts and am fortunant enough to have friends and fellow citizens that also do this and pass around what they learn, but not everyone (particularly the new player) has caught onto this survival technique. And in my opinion, it is poor customer service and/or game update designto require us to learn such survival techniques. And poor business to make your customers feel like they are wasting their time playing the game you want them to pay you to play. The last thing SOE needs to be doing now is alienating more customers. I personally would like to see this game survive and recover. Sometimes I wonder if SOE does.

I didn't say he didn't have a point. I'm human lol, I too hate when someone wastes my time.As a human being i know that people can be mean. However, a money makingcorporation like soecan't be mean because it only exists to make money. You dont make money with unhappy customers. They dont intend on making a single person unhappy. Its inevitable of course but not intended. If they change the game its only to make the majority happy which is the best a business can do. The original poster is not the majority in what ever case this is.
Krack didn't state the problem and so is only here to complain. For all we know it could be just another ungrateful who didn't get what they thought they diserved in the fs converstion.
I suspect we agree on the key issues, such as they are.
Is it a bad sign that I'm almost spending as much time in the forums as I do in the game itself?![]()

I'm not just complaining and didn't state a specific problem, because I am making a general statement, and asking for something which I think is simple: A list of things paying customers should NOT to waste our time on. Yeah, we all signed something which basically says sony can take our credit cards, do whatever they want with them, while we are bent over a table taking it in the rear. Thats not my point. I'm not complaining about getting my way or not in the force sensitive conversion, although I would say the old way was WAY better on the simple standpoint of the FEWER bugs. I would say I AM in the majority (paying for the game legitly, not stealing someone elses credit card, etc.) I'm not at the point of quiting yet, I'm just saying that as a paying customer, I would like to see my money going to something. It would appear that throwing my money in the street is less buggy, and more rewarding at this point, but I'll stay bent over the table and take a few more pumps to see if some decent changes are made in FAVOR of the paying customer. Does anyone see that sony does not make changes in favor of the customers? More grinding=more time played=more money for sony. I am simply asking for some service in return for paying on a monthly basis, I mean, Diablo II had less bugs wasted less players time, and was free to boot!
I would almost be ok with you just admitting that you're complaining. Cause you have a reason to be upset and i can sypathize. But to say you aren't and then pretend like you'rehonestly asking for a list of things not to waste your time on is comical. How can you say you arn't complaining?
btw you're also being ignorant by saying soe doesn't make changes in favor of the customers. Everything they do is done to make the customers happy so they can get more accounts and more money. If they add content with bugs its not cause they wanted to. Every little thing they add in every patch is something they think will improve the gaming experience of swg. Things don't alway work out like they wanted but they never have malicious intent. They dont try to make people angry and quit.
