Thread: Need help installing the game!

Heya... I know this should be on Tech Support. But i've posted 4 messages there in a 24 hour period nad haven't received a single reply... So i'm hoping for some results here...
I had to reinstall this game... But everyime I try and reinstall, once I get to disk 2, I get this message.
"Component Transfer Error
Component: Star Wars Galaxies
File Group:
File:
Error: Catatrophic Failure"
Now, what i've heard is that this is caused when it's installed to a place it shouldn't be. however. when I try and reinstall, it starts off where it was last left... and I get no where. I can't even place where I want it to be installed.
I tried deleting all the SWG files on my computer. I tried actually trying to extract the game myself.. Maybe there's a way you can explain to me hopefully, but I couldn't get it myself.
Is there a way I can custom install it/restart the install and let me? Please... I need immediate help!
