OK - I did the first series of Borvo's quests. Now, I need to find a Corsec Captain on Corelia and pretend to be this Niskel character. All the corsec captains i found around the cities were non-converable. Where is this ONE captain that i'm looking for?

Once you have the money you're done working for the CorSec guy. Take the money back to the guy who sent you there..... Borvo. Drop the briefcase on him and he'll talk.

OK - I found the captain - did all his missions and now I got a briefcase full of Borvo's money to be taken to HQ.

Where is this HQ?
