For cross server/game tells you need to adress the game and the server separated by '.'.

P.A.: /tell swg.Corbantis.vuvvik Hello there

So, if it is possible, it'll be adressed like that. For multi-tells you need to separate the names with ',' (without space). In emails you need to separate them with '; ' (with space).

P.A.:
/tell swg.Corbantis.vuvvik,swg.Corbantis.akikoe Hello there
TO: swg.Corbantis.vuvvik; swg.Corbantis.akikoe

I never tried cross server mails, so i am not sure if they'll work. Oh .. Everquest too is adressed by eq2 .. not sure about E verquest

And you can add people from other servers to your friends list.
