Well ive switched from Internet explorer to Mozilla Firefox
and i realy enjoy it but one of the main problems is:

when i post on the SWG forums its automaticly on the option "Edit as a HTLM" or something to that effect, does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks!

(Yes i know this should be in Tech support forums)

Me too.

But alot of things don't work with Mozzila.

IE is more mainstream and therefore supported more coding and has more websites created to work on it.

Mozzilla is the other browser which nothing is made for.

I believe Lithium uses the craptastic microsoft version of Java(yay for programs that can automatically download viruses and spyware to your PC without even asking you! 0_o Bloody microsoft.) for the graphical editor, which means mozilla cant handle it.

To be honest, the minor loss of funtionality compared to IE is worth it for the massive increase in security and stability mozilla provides. I use mozilla as my default browser, and have now started using Thunderbird in place of Outlook Express, and oddly enough, Ive not found any spyware on my PC since I started using it, and I scan twice a week.

I agree, I have been using versions of Mozilla for going on 5 years (i think). I refuse to use IE. Preached this to my father and he refused to listen, until his latest and worst crash to date. After he formatted, he finally took my advice and has been surfing problem free since. IE, Outlook and MS Media player are the biggest security risks people can have on their PC. Yet people ignore the facts and keep using them. If you use Mozilla and you view a page that isnt quite right, send them an email telling them that it doesnt view correctly. Using Firefox for about 1 1/2 years now and to be honest this latest version (1.0) I am not really happy with. Their were some extensions I grew very fond of with (0.9) version and dont work with the newest Firefox. Thinking of going back to regular Mozilla instead. Doesnt render pages as fast as Firefox though.

Go to Tools->Extensions and Get More Extensions. Find the BBCode extension and install that. When you get it installed, go configure it in the Extensions window to use HTML. This will allow you to right click and insert HTML code pretty easily.

It's not the same as the graphic bar, but it's close enough. Theres an ActiveX component that IE uses and Firefox doesn't have it. In all honestly, the lack of making 50 different smiley faces does NOT outweigh having a browser that won't destroy your computer.

I use Mozilla and don't have the problem with the HTML thing on these forums, I do however have issues with my hotmail and yahoo! account. I find though it is worth the few problems to keep all that spam and spyware out of my email and off my computer
