k so whoopty doo i kill grievous or nk necrosis..same thing..and get a cyber arm... it says it delivers a strong "powerful" shock to the opponent..so im like..okay..cool..

i test it out... on a level 30 npc it does 200 dmg and in pvp 70 dmg...im level 80...

is this a joke or did u guys put the wrong value in? i do 1k dmg per shot... basically 2k per 3 seconds give or take i dont count..but its fast

and then i have this arm...

200 damage once every10 minutes? my burst run cools down faster than that(i think)...whats going on?

yeah, thats what I thought at first, but I think it actually increases your accuracy mod, and thus your damage, for a short period of time.

try the rez arm. Im a jedi with the skill only a master CM or DOC can do. Id say thats not worthless.

I tested the arm you get from theRodian in Bestineit aand here is what I found.

stats:

+5% ranged distance: (it seems that this mod should increase your weapon range but it does not) 50m max range weapon at +5% should have a range of 52.5m

+5% Ranged acuracy

-10% mele defence

-10% mele acuracy

The special has a once per 30 min timer

The special did 140 points of damage using my E11-MK2 (1193 max dmg with pup) Carbine against a level 34 bantha on wookie planet.

myauto attack(aimed shot) does 688 against the same npc

I tried an advanced critical shot on one and did , somewhere around 1300 damage.

I set up a macro to fire the cyborg special then Adv Critical shot. the result was no different, it did the same damage.

I did not test to se the results with or without the arm foractual damage difference. but as it stands now, the arm is broken in my opinion.

the special does not work and the bonus does not out way the penalties.
