Friend of mine heard there is a cybernetic arm that has the ability to rez. Does anyone know about this and how to get it/do it. And can they be traded?

Yep i have this, you need to go to the myyyrdil caves in the dead forest, do Yrakas missions, then do dr kinesworthys missions, then go and speak to yraka and do her last mission. Kinesworthy gives you 3 other arms throughout his missions, the rez one comes from Yrakas final mission.
