CA pistol speed +5 and a CA pistol speed +7 in a pre-nerf ubese vest ?


Will this stack and give me +12 to Pistol Speed?

No, they will not stack on the same item. If you have +5 already and add the 7 you'll have +7. if you have +7 already and add +5 you'll still have +7 and you'll just lose the +5.

They will stack however, if you can place them in separate pieces of clothing


i.e. if you place the +7 in a shirt and the +5 in some pants, then you will gain a total of +12 when wearing both items
