No. Currently, Dant and Tat are the only 2 planets that you can reset

Are you sure about Tatooine? There's one behind the Mos Eisley cantina, near the back door. I saw him 2 weeks ago, and had no idea what he was until recently when people started asking about resetting missions.

A record keeper is an NPC that will reset all the NPC quests (excluding theme parks) on a specific planet so you can do them over. Currently, Dantooine and Tatooine are the only two planets that have record keepers.
