Hola,
I am thinking about a PVE, and ONLY PVE, Template.
I've been thinking about a few:
Here are some Ideas.
a) Master Brawler, Master Swordman, Master Medic, Scout4000
b) Master Brawler, Master Swordman, Medic4440, TKA4000
c) Master Swordman, Master Rifleman, Medic 2440, Scout1000
I like the variant c) since I've got T21 with HEAVY AP, and besides that I got: Stun, Heat, Cold, Energy, Acid, Kinetic, Blast damage types.
Anyone got any other suggestion? Or which one would YOU take?

Could try a:
Master Swordsman, Master Fencer, Master Brawler, TKA 4/0/0/0 and add in the last 27 points into what ever you want in Medic

If you're only going PvE, you may want to consider throwing a little ranger in there! It's a lot of skill points to commit so you can only master 1 combat profession, but the use of camo is nice and good terrain negotiation is invaluable. Even Master scout is good. If you're only going to PvP, you may as well harvest creatures while you're at it!
Other than that though, Swordsman is conidered the ultimate PvE template and blast dmg is invaluable.

I agree if you are only going to do PvE you should load up on some scout and maybe ranger for the harvesting and terrain negotiation. Honestly with PvE, swordsman will handle just about anything by itself, throw in some doc with that and there is nothing you cant solo (save a rockshaper or two). Adding Doc gives you the state heals and Stim Es that can keep you alive when fighting krayts or NS. Rifle and Swords is really just giving you more options as far as damage type, both deal high amounts of damage. You might even consider CH if you like that. You can use your pets to tank or just keep you company. I always enjoyed taming pets when out on long hunts.
If you want to do melee I would recommend Master Brawler/Master Swords/Scout 4040/Medic2040, that will leave you with 33 SP left to dabble with in more medic, or master scout, or CH, or get more melee for the occasional PvP/Duel.

i'm currently have a master swords, master smuggler, 2/0/0/0 medic, 0/3/0/4 tka now i can tank elders acklays just fine i can heal myself nicely with some good stim b's and remove bleeds. If i would drop smuggler but i can't i would get the meditate tree from tka and more med skills
or perhaps master brawler for the intim that's very nice

I have been Master CH and Master Rifleman for quite a while now and love it for PvE. With a high lvl pet I can pull high paying missions. The pet keeps the target from getting to close to me while I stay at a good distance for the rifle.

I'm a BE/Swordwoman and it's turned out to be a great template, simply because of the prereqs for BE. I beefed in extra Medic and Scout, and am able to do most anything I want. NS are a bit harder since they bagan using specials, but I was never enthused about going after them anyway, since Bracers were no longer dropping when I mastered.
