Am I remembering incorrectly that the terminals give them? Do I need a group? I'll be bummed if the POI is the only spot now, apart from random lucky spawns.

Made it before all hell broke loose.

You can get them from mission terminals in Nym's Stronghold. You don't need to be grouped. You can also go to the Canyon Corsair Stronghold POI on Lok.
