Is there a web page/program out there that will calculate a character's CL based on acquired skill boxes? I have Kodan's post-CU ProfCalc, but it seems to lack such a feature.

It's theoretically possible. Your CL is calculated from your template by the amount of xp (along with some multipliers) used to buy that box.

So (again, in theory) someone could calculate the total xp spent for a template (which Kodan's calculator does), convert that to CL xp, then look up the combat level from the total CL xp.
Of course, I have no idea if someone's actually done this.

It's pretty safe to say that you need to master 2 elites to get to CL 80. Having all skill points invested in combat professions but with only 1 master elite kept me in the 70s.

Right now, I'm TKM/Sword 4434 and Doc 4000. I'm CL 80. It's quicker to master two elites to get 80, but it's not necessary.
