tarhook is outside of the ryatt trial entrance... bring your camera out on your view and look just about 100 meters or 150 meters down each finger leading away from the gate, i cant remember which finger... but he's there, the poor l'il fella and make sure to view the video recorder.... THEN, head to the worshyyr canopy, take the right fork, stay to the right and a little up the way, say 1/4 of the way up the right fork in a clearing, you will find lobarror. you can /target lob or /target lobarror to see if he is on the instance... i had to travel to four different instances to find him when i did the quest.. But in helping a friend get his quest reward, I went to instance 5 straight away and he was there. So 5 looks like the magic number on kettemoor. hope this helps! : )
