What are you talking about? Is Feign Death not happening during PvP? Are you asking that FD be removed from PvP? A little clearer information might be helpful.

When I use FD in PvP, in combat i get a msg that says "you cant use FD while not in combat". But i am in combat. But i cant use it

Thanks for clearing that up. I actually haven't used FD in PvP, so I haven't encountered that bug. I'll go and try it. In the meantime, you should post this on the smuggler's board and submit a /bug report, if you haven't already.
