Do you have to do it in 3 weeks to go the Melee speed? or can you take as long as you want?

You have to wait until the trainer for the desired skillis available in a phase. You can work on the force sensitive xp beforehand. On the other hand, you can take forever if you choose to get the force xp, but you'll have to wait until the phase goes live that offers the trainer you need.
