Open up your holocron (one of the icons down at the bottom right on that toolbar) and there should be an option in there somewhere to submit a "ticket."


I can't guide you specifically b/c I've only ever done it once long ago so don't recall the exact things to click, but it's not hard to find, look around in the holocron. I think there's also a way to chat with them here but I don't know what board that is.

Just stage a protest - that'll get you a CSR.


I've been playing since 2 days after release, and I have yet to see a CSR in game. When I played EQ, I'd see them all the time.





SWG is a lot like the Nicotrol System.

With each patch, you're that much closer to quitting.

I had my Aurellian Banner poof when the servers reset. It was in my inventory before I /logged out, but upon my return... No signs of it.


So far, 3 tickets and no joy.


And I agree, we need in-game support, like EQ. And maybe give powers to people who actually PLAY the game and can understand that having your one-time-only mission reward vanish due to a fault at their end is not an "inconvenience."

It would be nice to contact a CSR ingame, when you need direct helpwith a problem you dont want to wait days to get an answer..Ive seen 1 CSR in the game since i started..They are the most rare species in SWG..

Sorry, you wont get your xp back. Everquest used to have a good guide program, but apparently Sony has been outsourcing their customer service program to India. Most of the responses you get in both EQ and SWG seem to come from people who have never played either game, and read their answers from a script or database. While playing EQ I have had a number of conversations with "guides" that convinced me they had no idea what I was talking about. This is fitting I suppose since a large number of request like the one at the top of this thread arent really worth the time of CSRs in my opinion. Sony has a game to run, and a buggy one at that. Every dollar wasted on telling you something you can find the answer to in the knowledge database or through the gaming community is a dollar that could have been put towards fixing or developing content.
