I see most people say "sell them to a junk dealer" but I have found a use for at least one of them. Someone gave me a broken decoder, and I have used it to decode some data disks from both rebels and imperial npc's. I would hang on to that one for sure.

Anyone find a use for the other broken items?

what can we do with this ?
there are special containers to put them and combine ?

what we can combine ? all type of broken things or always the same ones ?
and what we necome if we repair and combine them ?

any hints / guides ?

no one knows yet

maybe you will find out

we know you can loot multiple pieces to datapads now that can be combined in broken datapads and then they become pictures

other then that no one has succeeded yet!

Sure I read something about lootable items that can be combined with the broken datapads etc... to fix them.

Anyone got any news yet?

Not sure if anyone was considering trying this, but I'm a smuggler, and *heard* the jawas were playing a role in the new loot revamp, I looted a broken viewscreen off a ragtag kook and tried taking it to the jawas, they just offered to buy it for like 50 credits or something, no chance to buy anything from then, and I talked with every jawa possible at the jawa trader POI. Although, I did get a bunch of loot kit pieces from the ragtags in the process of looking for the new stuff, I'm thinking about doing a bunch of rebel missions on Dantooine, maybe that'll spawn some rebels with new loot. No one has confirmed getting/trying for loot from them as imperials. I'll post here again if I find anything. Just seems uneven to only let rebels/neutrals get all the new loot.

As I understand it patch 11.3 is just the start, and more loot will come soon in later patches(like loot from rebel NPCs)
