The Widow in the Warren did not give me any type of password with the compassion badge I got from her today. Is there any way to complete the 2nd badge without being able to unlock the cell and loot the skeleton to get the FOUO disk?

Search is your friend.....

That isn't necessary, you just need the 5 total disks that will be downloaded to your datapad for the second badge. 4 evidence, and the 1 encryption key.

no, you only need the 4evidence disks to take to theed to get the second badge.
