Hi all, I'm looking for some help. Just like everyone else who is "glowing", I have been keeping my eye out for a visit from the old man.

About 10 minutes ago while I was attending to my harvesters on Lok, he appeared. I was ecstatic, as you would be, & took a few screenshots before talking with him.

He offered me the story that he has been meaning to speak with me, & asked whether I had a moment to talk with him.

I of course wanted to talk with him very much, & was about to click on the response which would have continued the conversation when, precisely at this point, he decided to walk away from me. This moved the chat responses UPWARDS, & hence I accidentally clicked on the response which said I didn't have time right now! I'm quite upset, as I was looking forward to the quests ahead & as it is my weekend I would have a bit of time on my hands. There was no time to stop my click, it all happened within a split second.

Now I am left standing in the middle of a barren wasteland watchingthe wind billowing around me, wondering whether the old man will return. I have called out to him but he hasn't heard my cries. What can I do? Will he come back? Anyone?

Yes he will return - may not happen today but he will return. For some its been 15 minutes, for others, the next day. Have faith, he has a LOT of people to please

SWG is a lot like the Nicotrol System.

With each patch, you're that much closer to quitting.

Go to dantooine and do some shuttle hopping.

Go to every player city there is by using shuttleports.

The old man will come for you after a couple of "hops".

Thank you, I went to Dantooine & waited for a minute at the first player city I found. I've now talked to the old man & can continue on the path

Hehe...if you didn't want to do the quest iguess you'd get mad at his persistance?
