Ok for 2 days now doing this last one "Honor" atleast 6 plus hours a day waitin for this pirate and his buds to show up has now become a real pathetic waste of time.. why does it take soo long for this to work...??? going in circles looking for a nonspawing quest npc is not worth the time ... as with other ppl encountered doing this lame thing .. some who've spent weeks waitin and looking if your gonna offer quest for stuff how bout you make it actually work!!

look forthe pirates immediately after server reset, the chance for spawning is much better

i did the quest with 2 chars and each time i found the pirates in less than 1 hour - same for the farmer and the boar
