Just a quick note:
When you take this quest from Capt. Sarguillo, you are supposed to receive 8 waypoints at a time. If you are not receiving 8 waypoints delete others in your datapad so that you can hold at least 8 more and ask him to start over. I made the mistake and someone finally helped me out (such an easy fix doh).
