Alright, I am an imperial staff sergant with -5,000 and according to the guide on stratics this is my last badge needed for glowie status, I already did the mission for the Darkside figuring you had to do both, and now when I talk to the lady, she says she can't help me!

Now I have heard that I need to drop the imperial faction, but do I need to join the rebel alliance as well?

Final question... I recently did both warren badges, ifI visit that record keeper person, and reset, do I lose all my badges for that planet? (Do I need to head down there again? and do the quests all over again? thanks....

The quest doesn't give you a badge, I think it gives you a holo?

You don't lose any badges for reseting the planet as far as I know.
