Thread: Lesser factions bugged?

Hey guys, just wanted to make sure it wasn't just me, i was about to go corsec pilot today till i realised i was about 4.6k in the hole with them, so i went to rogue corsec, started smacking away, as you do, only to get nothing, no faction so tried jabbas npc's, meatlumps etc.. all to get no change in factions 
Has this been like this long? any fixes on the plate? and does anyone know of any quests that would give corsec faction as a reward?
