He should spawn at the same place the Storm Lord does. I don't have the exact waypoint, but SonGouki's guide should have everything you need. If I'm not mistaken, he will randomly spawn in that area...possibly in the throne room, but don't quote me on that.

BTW he appears to be broke and only spawns at server reset

Prophet spawns where the priests do for sure. Might take 2 hrs to get him but he comes. I have been with groups that have killed him there abour 12 times now.

In game names Lorlargeb or -Lor- though I like to have winings dropped off on one of my vendors as it is hit and miss on getting me in game.

If good enough please place on one of Lors vendors on Tat. Shuttle to the City of Oasis. My Vendors are located at -2446 -3686
