I went to the warrem to get out that scientist, when i arrived i saw like 15 scientist already spawned. I tryied to "use" the terminal but it didnt work, i couldnt stay there during 15 minutes trying to make my own scientist to spawn, those huurtons spawn quickly. Is this a bug? or did i had to do something before coming to the warrem( i did all the quests before until i got that crappy alliance carbine)

I think you can talk to any of the scientists and it will work. Just be sure to walk and not run while leading him out, and be ready to be attacked by 2 droids. Other quests are bugged also where there are about 100 of the same NPC standing around. It appears they walk back to thier spawn point after that part of quest is completed (or failed.)

I could only get teh conv to give the right option when talking to my scientist - he spawned right on top of me when I used the console. My advice for this place would be to get a MAster Ranger with Dant Cam kits to camoflage you.
