So you have killedScratch, you have gone back to Harwakok to earn his trust, and you have gone back to Orooroo to tell him that the plan worked and that the Wookie attack is imminent? If you haven't gone back to Orooroo, that's your problem...
Check your quest journal to see if there is still something you need to do. Your Zssik Clan entry in your quest journal will tell you when you're ready to fly to the Avatar.
