Thread: What proffessions?

Hello I was wondering if I could get some advice on what proffessions to do. As of right now I am a 3/3/3/3 Rifleman and a Mater Combat Medic. However I am thinking of dropping CM because of it's recent nerf, and I know Rifleman will be nerfed not too long after. So I was wondering what would be some proffessions to do to just have fun with. I do like to sell and buy things but I know nothing of merchant. Any advice would be appreciated.

Commando is a great profession(deals lots of damage), fencers have tons of dodge(great for pvp), or if you want some extra cash, go doctor

depends what you wanna do ingame
I tried and played (not just ground/drop) all combat professions in the game so here's my advice for different types of gaming.
PvP: either full melee (like TKM/Fencer/brawler)
or I'm currently having ALOT of fun with the following built: BH 0440 - Carbineer 3440 - Pistoleer 0044 - Rifleman 0004
very powerfull PvP template even tho most of people think that carbines sux. basically any combination between carbines or pistols along with BH lines is very powerfull. and you have that great triple master wich lets you enjoy other parts of the game and wich is good for PvP as well: TKM/Msmug/Mpistol.
PvE: definately pikes, some would say swords, I did both, pikes are way better for everyday's PvE, when swords are cool for Elders or Krayts. Pikes does great in the new dungeons like corvette or DWB. other professions does less damage and have less different/exclusive damage types (swords have Blast, and Pikes have Electricity and if you can get an energy lance, energy damage)
