Quests with scripted content, dialog trees that don't have typos, and in which player decisions affect the outcome of the quest (either in terms of dialog or reward), can all be found in KOTOR.

In SWG, you can do a bunch of things that (gameplay-wise) are identical to what you get off the mission terminals, except that they come from NPCs. The most complete online database of these things can be found at http://swg.allakhazam.com/db/quests.html.

I wouldn't call 'em quests per se, but some of the rewards for spending an hour or two at the theme parks, or for spending 20 minutes working for an NPC are decent. Even if you can't use some of the rewards (e.g. an Imperial PSG Generator Schematic is useless unless you're an armorsmith - but it's very valuable if you are one), some of the rewards can be sold to other players for many credits.
