Whips mission is bugged. I can take the mission but I dont get given a WP, yet another F@£$ up

JustG's post stated that the Phase Shift is dependant on server up-time. Some servers may have been down longer, more often in the last 3 weeks than others. It's possible that one or two servers won't shift until tomorrow.
