Lavatories, Sinks andShowers Oh my!
Abido, Eclipse-Naboo
Give me a minute, I need to go freshen up..... Well conveniently, Abido anticipated my need and built this complete Rest Room. Using book cases and factional furniture to make the "facilities", quest items such as the bowls for the sinks, even Metal Fasteners to make faucets, its complete from head to toe. This was done in a PA hall stair well room so he could get the vertical lift needed. He also has a variety of other home ideas he has done, and I'm sure you can PM him asking the location of these creations.
If you have a great home idea that you would like to share please PM me with a link to pictures and a description of what you made.

Are their any good websites with a bunch of home decoration ideas?
It would be great to have a place for people to put of screen shots and show others how they did their design.

Home decorators typically start up their own websites to show off their own ideas and decors. PsychoticiChipmunk and Abido, both in this topic, have links to their showcase sites.
Just wait until we do some Mos Alianza website! then things will kick some ass!

I see it Abido. Nicely done, but I don't remember seeing any bathrooms in the Star Wars movies.

Coming in at the last minute there Q?
They may not have existed in teh films (or taxes/maintenance on things I might add
) but the EU refers to refresher units quite often. It really is a great piece though, I had thought about making a bathroom type thing but then realized it would have to be in the living room...this is much nicer.

That's because there weren't. And...as a side-note, I believe that EU calls them 'fresher' (or 'refreshers'), if I'm not mistaken.

When I get my droid cantina done, I'm gonna get myself on the Home Show (I hope).
Excellent job here, Abido.

I can only imagine what the line to the only bathroom in the galaxy looks like.

Well, I like the stadium seating you did in that but the kimogilla kinda just makes it tacky. That's just me but I really don't like taking up space with large pets, now normal/small ones are more then welcome and I deal with them pretty often. In fact my own city hall is filled up with a terrarium, but that large kimo taking up the dais could be replaced by something a little bit more interesting I feel. I can't wait for the /move up command to think about a few things I can do up there.

/move up/down will be great, and all.
But my main concern is will we also get a /rotate up/down? I think that this would pretty much make things complete with the furniture placement system[if the up/down alignment is subject to the player's orientation, and not the object's orientation. That is, take a lizard, a /rotate up facing it's face would result in the lizard pointing up, but done with you facing the side of the lizard, would result in the lizard's side pointed down...]. I mean, yeah, it'll be nice to have a giant Kimogila gracing the cieling of my City Hall, but, wouldn't it be just that much more cool if he was upside down, like he was actually clinging up there?
Okay, the Kimogila idea is pretty bad, but, maybe a house overrun with Rills, with them clinging to the walls, and the cielings.. just, infested!
Maybe it's just my wishful thinking.. but I would like some day to create an armory with weapons racks as packed and as well-aligned as those in the faction bases.
Maybe I also should have posted this idea sometime other than an hour or two before a new GarVa's Homeshow? hmm..
