I would like to know who rates every one of my posts with a "one star", even when replying with "/bump" in an auction thread. And, how do I go about reporting abuse/harrassment for this?

Stop worrying about one-stars, they have no affect on anyone at low post level.

actualy its the complete oppersite the more posts you have the less a 1 star or 5 star rateing effects as it takes an avarge of the rateings of all your posts. So the lower your post count the more it effects.
