Thread: Quick question about lot sharing between Jedi alt vs main character

Do the main character and his Jedi alt still share the 10 lots total that you have per account? Or are there structures that do not count towards the 10 lot total, i.e. is each character allowed to have a house which does not count vs your total lots?
Reason I'm asking is that I have:
1) Main
- Small Tat house: 2 lots
- Harvesters: 6 lots
= 8 lots and 2 lots remaining
2) Alt
- Factories: 2 lots
= 2 lots and (it says!) 8 lots remaining but it should be 0 lots remainingif lot sharing would be correctly accounted for
Obviously, if both characters would be sharing the 10 lot pool then I'd have 0 lots remaining at the moment. However, I was able to place a Heavy Mineral Mining Installation on my main without any troubles or messages (I was effectively using 11 lots between the two charactersfor the short time that I left the harvester in place... removed it because I was afraid of something getting bugged).
What's up with that? Anyone have a clue?

I didn't think they did lot sharing, thought it was just as if you had 2 chars. Although I might be wrong.

I also posted this at the Jedi forums since I wasn't sure where to ask and someone there confirmed that he was using all 10 lots on both of his characters, i.e. using 20 lots total.
I'm fairly sure that it used to be so that your main (Jedi)and alt had to share the 10 lots total (or at least it was the original plan of SOE). Does anyone know when this was changed? Same publish as when they removed the lot requirements for the Yacht etc?

This changed back during the Jedi Revamp. Your main and the subsequent unlocked 2nd alt have 10 lots each now. They no longer share 10 lots.
