Is there a /tar command that lets you target nothing?

I have a couple of commands from my profession that I need to have nothing selected to use it and want to combine the /tar command with it to speed things up.

Hope this makes sense and yes I know I can just click off my target but in Combat every little helps

what commands are they cause if they are healing stuff you can put self at teh end of the command. As for just targeting nothing I have no idea
