I'm one quest away from getting glowy, but i dont know where nym's quest starts

Amazingly enough, talk to Nym, in Nym's Stronghold, and he will tell you what to do.

Just in case you were wondering, Nym's stronghold's on Lok, Nym's in the big building out back of the town, you go down some steps to get in the front door, you'll see it when you get there cos it looks odd on the cntrl-map. I think there's different start points for rebels & imps.
