Thread: Warren and Loss of Connection

I did the warren way back when with my main... i just got an alt and tried to do it again. As soon as i got within like 20m of the door i got crazy lag and lost connection to SWG many times. I then logged onto my main and try playing around and everything went fine. Has anyone else had this Warren problem and any ideas how to fix it. I have done things like DWB with my alt before without any problems... it just seems to be the warren.

Do you have a 56k dial-up internet connection? If so, there is your problem. Get a better connection, like DSL or cable.
If not, then no idea sorry.

I have a cable connection.. and its not like its just a bad connection.. im doing nyms now and no problems at all. it just seems to be the warren.

I had the same problem when I took a guildmate through the warren. I think it since all the mobs there are roughly around the came CL, and are constantly attacking each other, it cranks up the lag like crazy. I have cable and never lagged there till I went to do it after the CU.

any idea how i could fix it? maybe let a guildie go thro and kill everything for me?

The first time I went into the warren post-cu I had crazy bad lag. I finally went back to try it again, and it would lag on and off for me. Went back again to solo it hoping that would help...and I had no lag at all. Did it again with a group no lag at all. Its like the more times I went back there, the less I lagged. Probably just lucky tho lol
