There is a 10% exp decrease per level you're higher than the mob you're fighting (I think that's right). Once you're 10 levels higher than a mob it will only provide 1 exp.

You need to use the con system to tell you what is good experience. Gray is too far below you. Green is easy, but gives little exp. Blue is an easier fight, with some diminishing experience. White is your level and gives 100% exp. Yellow is above your level and should be a tough fight that will give bonus exp. Red is probable death if you're solo but will give extra exp. Purple should kill you.

When grouped the entire group will take on the level of the highest member. There is no penalty for being a lower level or higher level party member. If you are in a group with a lvl 80 all party members should be pulling lvl 80-82 missions to maximize exp.

I was in a couple differnt group today, both 6-7 strong. The first group had a bunch of lo level like myself and only 1 higher level of @70. While doing a picket lair it took some time to kill the entire spawn. The high level person had to log so we left attempted the next lair. Big mistake and we all died by 1 picket...lol

I then found another ongoing group and they let me hook up with them. 2 level 80's, 5-6 level 50's and me at level 14. What a huge difference. The xp was the same but wow did it come some fast. The pickets were dropping like flys. My scout xp shot up fast too. I filled 3 scout boxes in @10 minutes.
